A Monopoly business

I remember playing the Monopoly game when I was younger.

Now, Telekom, Satelite TV, Broadbands and Cars(by taxing more than 100% for imported cars) are using the same method to do business in Malaysia.

Anyone dares to say no to these services? Actually these service providers don't even care about their customers satisfaction or their product quality, as their business are all well protected, and there is no competition at all.

1)Telephone services- Telekom- the rest are small and some taking lease line from Telekom as well

2)Satelite TV- ASTRO- which the programmes are repeating over and pver again, and only now implementing HD which other country are already airing 3D a year ago. Tivo box? When I was studying in UK 10 years ago, they were already using it. We are just starting it now, as if its a new technology- Shame on you ASTRO!

3)Broadbands- Also Telekom(TMNET)- the rest of the service providers(Maxis, Digi-except Celcom are part of Telekom as well) are not really genuinely providing a proper amount of broadband services

4)Cars- Proton(an overprice locally made cars, even more expensive compare to the xport version with full safety features)

I was just thinking, how are we suppose to be a nation of having a freedom of speech if the basic mass comunication is monopolised and being controlled?

After working for so many years in different companies starting from a small position to a management level.

I came to realised that one of the Chinese martial art had been "发扬光大"-"Popularised" throughout Malaysian culture. Which is:

I am damn proud about it, cos not only this form of martial art should be perform in a balance manner ("YIN" and "YANG") mentally and physically, but it had also being implemented in all work place nowadays. Of course not to missed out, our politicians.

Kudos to those who practiced this "martial art" in your daily working life.

When everything is politicalised-Why?

Nowadays, everything in the newspaper headline are those propaganda made by those politicians.

Everyone is pointing fingers to each other, flaming each other endlessly.

How come our media becomes a tool of free "advertisements" for these people. Whereas, we have to pay thousand for RM just to have a half page of advertisements. And furtehrmore, most of the media nowadays had been controlled by some "dark forces" behind them which had somehow providing false accusation and bias reports.

It seems like our Malaysian politicians are becoming like little kids, arguing to each other and not wanting to "befriend" to one another. Why not just talk with facts and figures instead of just pointing fingers with denial and at the end of the day there is no outcome and problems are not solved.

Who actually suffers? Well, we(aka the Rakyat) are the ones suffering.
Why?

We are not really protected by any labour law, when it comes to employment,
1)no minimum wages standards,
2)no policies to restrict the companies to abuse their own workforce( you know like endless working hours with no extra pay). How many of you guys need to work more than 12 hours a day?
3)With all sorts of contract basis job offered by those MNC giants with no sense of job security. (They can retrench their workforce in thousands when they need to)- So, where is the sense of belongingness for the Rakyat? The politician will say that they had successfully bring in billions of Dollars of investment to the state or country from these GIANTS, but how about the after effects for those contract workers?

Endless inflation
1) Petrol price keeps hiking up(even though our politician had reassure us that there won;t be any price increment within a year)
2) Just realised that all the essential stuffs for daily consumption- (example:Food, drink, cooking oil)all prices had increased tremendously.
3) Prices of houses and cars is a joke
4) GST also increased? (What a joke as well)

Well, for these politician to do a better job, they should just focus on these two aspect first before trying to do something bigger. Like sending the useless "ANGKASAWAN" to the space with no contribution or building all sorts of rubbish buildings by spending billions of RM ( I think it is just like when our government project goes for a tender, the amount of money placed in a tender is just for show, the actual fact is, how much of the percentage is going to each individuals pockets, thats another story.

Really sometimes think that if Batman do exists...hahaha

Seems like everyday we encounter the word "I don't know" from every related or non related individual in our lives.

I think it's been one of our daily motto(for alot of people)

For example:
1)
Me: "How long will take the "PR" to be approve?"(for my wife)
A "very helpful" immigration officer: "I don't know, Agak lama pun" -So which is which? took very long time? or don't know at all?
2)
Me: "When can I receive the actual items ?(for my customers)"
My warehouse staff(in HQ): "I don't know, when the item arrived from Hong Kong lo"
3)
Me: "What's the status of your XXX customers requirement?"
My Sales Staff: "I don't know, maybe (this reason) and maybe (that reason)"-uncertainty or not doing their job.
4)
Me: "May I know when will your management finalised the deal? Maybe I can prepare the items you need in advance?"
The customer: :"I don't know, we will need to wait lah"
5)
Me: "So what happen to this machine? "(concerning about our customers satisfaction towards my company's product, because it seems broken in an impossible manner)
The staff: "I don't know, It just became like that"-Huh? like that also can.
6)
When we are having a stock check and found some mistake and would like to clarify with my HQ,
My Staff: "Can I checked whether(3 moths ago) you had received any goods return to you?"
My HQ Warehouse: "I don't know lah, later I check, I let you know." But always this will be last answer we heard from them.

With so many "I don't know" everyday- some occasions if I am weak enough, I might vomit blood.

But I do find some specific occasions that this word does not come in use at all, especially when it comes to "Money". For some example:

Police: "You sudah exceed speed limit, you tau?, so nak jadi kawan?"
Me: "Huh?"
Police: "jika saman RM300 (like my Sales Exec, show the highest price then lower down when request), bayar sekarang RM150."
Me: "Nevermind, saman shaja."
Police: "Betul ke nak saman? RM 100 pun boleh."
Me: KNN...(in my deepest thought)
At the end pay RM 80 at the Police counter.

2)
My Staff: "Why my pay is so little this month? why no commision?"
Me: (thinking that your sales result is not even good at all, somemore complain). "Err, last month you have no sales, so this month the company did not bank in any commision for you."
My Staff:" Eh! I thought the commision will bank in on the same month I do my sales?"
Me: "No, how can the company calculate the commision based on the same month when the closing is at the end of each month and your pay is being released on the 26th of every month" (rolleyes)
My Staff: "Oh, Like that lar"

Root to my illness aka Viral Infection

Since April this year (2010), I had been falling sick numerous time, and never felt any better.

I thought of maybe I have some serious organ damage issue, like the liver or pancreas which had been getting too much toxication and it is showing signs of deterioration.

So, the last time (around 2 months ago), I went for a blood test, and surprisingly everything is in good condition. Well, think of it, I have strict diets, maintain my exercise and also drink loads of fluids. What had went wrong.

3 days ago, I was having this viral infection again, which I hated, caused, from the outside, I might just look like an ordinary person, but inside me, is suffering high fever, pain, muscle ache, headache, sore throat, and the worst part is the swelling lymph nodes, had causes me a very bad migraine which make me feel faintish.

So I went o the doctor again, the doctor was so surprise and asked me, what had actually happen to me these 3 months. Of course I told him that "I do not know".

Just a brief indication of how frequent I went to see the doctor. Before this years(2010) April, the last visit to a doctor because I am ill is in 2007. So you can see that I don;t get sick because of my health is always maintained at an optimum level.

So after all these things (still taking medical leave today), I start to think, if it is not physically, it might be psychologically then. So I look around for Stress related illness or any caused from being stressed. Oh ya! The answer just pop up, and to my surprise, the result was exactly what I am having. Oh My God! So, I am right, this is a mental disturbed issue.

I will quote this from the online encyclopedia "wikipedia":
"Stress is a physical, chemical or emotional factor that causes bodily or mental tension and may be a factor in disease causation. Stress can be divided by time of exposure (chronic stress), effects it has upon the person (eustress) or according to the origin of the stress (workplace). Chronic stress is a persistent stress which can lead to illness and mental disorder"

"Chronic stressors have been proven to affect the immune response, making the person under stress prone to medical illness especially viral infections"

Now, I think I had stressed to much in my work (mentally) which from the outside you might see me smiling but inside of me an always worrying. And a lot of people will say that "I need to know when to shut down". But perhaps the "Shut down" thing does not work on me, perhaps I can't shut down anything, and perhaps the stress for other people is much more minimal to the stress that I am having which affects me mentally to physically.

Is it worth wasting my time and health on what I am doing now? You be the judge!

Everyone needs to work. And everyone wants to work in BIG corporate organization. Not only trying to squeeze into MNCs and even sometimes lower our "ideal" requirements just to get into such companies.

But do you know that, these companies are actually working like "our boleh government" style wiuth the "tak apa-apa" attitude? If your ideal company is everyone is going to do their job effectively, Oh yes,! you are right(selfish), but if you think that there are considerations for others in order to get the job done better? Well, you are mostly wrong. Why? Most of them don't give a damn to whatever you are doing. This is where your frustration starts. Because your things might got stuck in between the departments while waiting the so "called" process and procedures to be completed.

You might think that this has nothing to do with you, well, once again you are wrong.

Big companies have loads and loads of departments, and all these departments are inter related. So if every department only concentrate in their processes, then how are all the processes going to be carried out on time? That's why every time you will hear the word "firefighting". Why firefighting? because all the things can't be completed on time and only until the last minute when shit happens(mostly when the big bosses are making noises), then everyone is rushing for it.

Nowadays in all the MNCs, which of the projects are not being rushed?Is it because of time constraint or improper planning? No! It's down to the discipline of the people working in those companies.

So think again, if you think that working in big organizations are such a beautiful and organized place. Perhaps you should look around you and see how many people are being treated badly in these organizations with loads of frustration and anger.

Tiredness and exhaustion is catching up!

Lately, I am really getting tired fast.
No energy, and can't even bother to do anything.

The source of energy- "my brain" had been over utilized. And the entire flow of energy had been low.

I guess if you were ask me to throw away my job, I wouldn't mind. ha ha ha...

Cos, it is just too tiring. Physically I am OK, but mentally it's something else. It is more than just feeling tired, it's exhausting and the thought of giving up.

To get over this, the best way is to get rid of the past and start new.

I think very soon the answer will come and I will no more feel so tired anymore.

I "beh ta han" already, since when I can regain my freedom again?

Thinking of quiting, seriously!

Since I was sick for a month and on going (20 March- 18 Apr 2010), there is a little voice in my mind pops in and out to stop working for a while and readjusting my health condition.

For a month, I was drifting along the sideline of falling sick and never being recover properly. I do not know what went wrong? There is nothing which should have caused me into this situation, I worked out, I eat properly and I do not have any bad habits. Maybe a few drinks. And that's it.

If I were to compare to other people, I think others will not even had a healthier lifestyle than I do.

Seriously, what went wrong? I am considering of having a long rest and holiday. Because I have not been feeling well and recover from the day I fall sick.

I could not play with my kid, and go near my family members, I had to stay away from them and isolate my self in other room, and I have to sterilise my room and the things I had contact with.

I really pops into my mind that I need to put priority in my health rather than other things.

Well, I am not going to sacrifice my health for any other things at the moment. Furthermore, with this condition, I am having some bad moments(temper) probably from the medication.

Anyway, I am going to rest now.

Two headed snakes- back stabbing

No, this is not Ripley's believe it or not. It's a Chinese direct translation about people who like to back stab.

Someone did made a comment about me to my boss (about some negative thing I wrote in my blog which might affect the company's image) . But too bad, the little trick does not work, in fact I had been told who that person is. Well, it is obvious that, I did not mentioned anything about which particular company. So, this person is just making some assumption which proves to be very narrow minded.

In fact, just to clarify things, I am blogging and bitching about all the work related issues which I accumulated from the companies I worked, and it's an experience sharing. This is to improve awareness. (As you know, a lot of people who work day and night do not even know anything about their rights and benefit)

Once a fellow colleagues mentioned and advised me that, do not trust anyone in your workplace, now, it kind off rings the bell, which is quite true that at this current working environment, I shouldn't trust anyone!

Why people nowadays are so complicated? Just for recognition or to prove their loyalty?
Anyway, this is all bullshit! But this really proved that in majority, people tend to betray each other by back stabbing or lies. And no one actually feels bad about it. How sick is this? There is no feel of shame or guilt, or perhaps these people can't really tell what is right and wrong anymore.

Just a simple thought, what goes around, comes around!

I am in a position who handles all sort of shit daily. But of course I am getting a shitty pay.

I do find some funny so called "company policy" which basically is made up by a bunch of fucking idiots, thinking that they know the world.

I had dealt with my staffs resignation a couple of times, and I had also heard that the so called "company policy" does not apply under these circumstances. How come? Does it mean that the "company policy" is just a fucking way to lie to their own staffs?

The case is something like this:

" staff A wanted to resign, because he mentioned that he had been offered a higher salary, and his performance is always good. So he decided to leave.

Then the "shit" comes in. All of the sudden, the "company policy" is not applicable, either the company will offer a higher pay or a matching pay. " The question is "why can' t the company do that in the first place to appreciate their own staff and only until critical situation."

For people like us, we only do and accept what we are being asked to.Without any "incident" we are asked to maintain a very low percentage of increment for our staff, off course, we, our self had a limit of increment which is not necessary to mention here , or it will be a joke of your life.

This is actually an ugly truth about locals running the company's which they are actually abusing their staffs. And we are not even protected by the government or any other "powerful" body.

For me it shows me that these local employers are slapping their own face by giving some false and misleading direction,which make them looks like a complete idiot.

As usual I will curse them the F*ck word, but what the hell, today I just don't have the mood.

Basically I always tell my wife that the producer of Harry Porter is a failure and I do not like it.

So luckily, (well most of the films) I downloaded online.Because Malaysia censorship board is very "unfair" plus the original ones sucks, the quality is even worst than the pirated ones and it's far more expensive. Forgive me if I am jeopardizing the industry, but in country like this, we need to fully utilize if what we can get free.

Anyway, the storyline is way too simple and some of the facts are not explained clearly. It was like half touring around America (with some introductory) and some don;t even make sense.

Anyway, I think kids (whom might not be able to think logical yet) will enjoy it. Those who can think logically will not enjoy it and might just fell asleep.

为什么有些人会说话不经大脑，还以为自己很幽默，其实很白痴！

往往为了不要得罪一些长辈，我们这一辈的都会保持”沉默是金“ 的态度。

所谓的白痴行为是因为”kiasu/怕输" -输不起和爱面子。

有时候听了不止觉得让人作呕，还真的很反感。听久了，还真想一拳打上去。为了大家的着想，牺牲自己也是值得的。

高层主管为了达到自己所定下的营业额（比登天还难的标准），往往都会说出一些让人难堪的话。并不是什么理智或充满智慧的话，而是一些莫名其妙的指责。连他本身因为面子，搞得自己都有一点心理病。

我想这一种人就是那些我常讲的“那的起，放不下”的老古董。不肯承认自己犯的错，还把责任推给别人，而且还把道理说得好像狗屁通一样。就像曹操说所的“只有我负天下人，不可天下人负我”的心理。这就证明了他自己的管理有问题，因为一切的方向和公司的走向都是他定的。可是为什么每一次有什么问题，还说社么我们这些中层不知道在干什么。说是我们的管理不当，领导能力不佳，一大堆的理由。还不如看看自己的脸，长的还真像猴子屁股一样。

应该是这样说会比较恰当，我们这群无知的中层组管都是跟着他的屁股，而且还跟着他所定的方向，可是结果没有像想象中的理想。就来怪我们。应该说是我们太白目还是他自己根本不应该呆在领导层的领域？我想这都是面子和虚荣心惹的祸。害了这一个老古董。

Internal(company) disputes

Have you ever felt pissed off whenever you received emails from some of those staff who always give you some rubbish content especially accusation and pushing away all their responsibilities away to other, while putting our name in the loop (just to notify that or maybe to scare those people who is reporting to us).

Anyhow, nowadays I choose to read those names which are familiar to me. Or else , out you go (into the TRASH folder). I do not want to be categorised in those low level single minded and retarded people who sent out pointless emails with zero content.

So, anyone who asked me " didn't you read my email?" and the answer is BIG "No" from me. You know what level are you at.

Don't you think dealing with internal staffs are harder compare to the outsiders? (customers, competition...etc etc)

Is it good or bad?

80% bad and 20% good

why?
For the bad part:
most of us are surrounded by unnecessary pressure, which makes us depressed.
To a certain extend, our mind is consumed by this bad "energy" which left us nothing in exhaustion. Bad things happened when one is over pressured.

For the good part:
A little bit of pressure will push us harder. But apparently this does not happen most of the time.

Can we actually distinguished the two? I guess most of the time, we will only have the bad part.

Salary Increment

Every year I am hoping for some decent salary increment for the job which I had done for the company. Apparently in local practice there aren't a lot of companies which appreciate what their employees had contributed.

They had been practising this ill manner for running their business all the while and always try to pick on their employees and giving some unreasonable excuses just to limit the increment or maybe not even being given any.

For what I had experienced since the day I start to work, I had already give up hope of increment. As what I had encounter, there is only 1 out of 7 jobs which I had been given a decent increment. So, how odd is this?

Anyhow, It is either I look for a new job which will get me a higher pay or maybe working for myself. But these companies had a different point of view about this, they always have doubts about their employees loyalty but had never consider their contribution. The point is, everyone is working to earn a living and not actually selling our soul to the company(or maybe the devil), if this is a common practice, might as well we become their slaves. Have you ever notice currently in Malaysia, the foreign labours are enjoying a higher pay and a better lifestyle then some locals? Why is that? If the employees could not have the basic sense of security, how are we suppose to work?

From what I heard and understand, the current company I am working in is not practising a very healthy culture when it comes to appreciating their employees.

From a managers point of view, I kinda realised that, there is no other advancement for me from where I am right now. I do not have good increment, or even commission scheme. And also there is no bonuses for us. So what am I actually working for? My position in my current company is not better than the Sales Execs nor our bosses.

Put it this way, some sales execs salary is almost the same as what I am having, while the job scope which they are holding is nothing compare to us. While our bosses have high wages and also enjoying the benefits of bonuses. So where am I positioned? Perhaps I am stupid enough to get conned into this situation. But it is really a good way to reflect how this commercial world actually works.

So am I pissed? Yes, I am. Can I blame anyone? No, because I am stupid enough to trust the person who had recruit me. What will I do? I don't know yet, but we will see.

I know this is a bit late to response our former prime ministers comment on the other day. But I just felt like this old man is really loosing his grip.

If he said that America is capable of producing movies like Avatar (which I think the special effect is still far far away from realistic) which they can staged 9/11 and trying to target the balme on Muslims, then he must be a cybernetic organism aka cyborg sent from the future Model T3000 (New model ) sent from the future as he has been program to do so.

There is obviously some mental issues here. How can an ordinary human come out with this type of comment?Or perhaps he is a just a robot being program to do so. Since the comment he made is very odd.

Year 2009 it's a tough year! Of course having a new born baby in my family gives me loads of joy and happiness! And my wife being a good listener and patience to this psycho husband with moans and complains from time to time.

So I am looking forward for 2010. Which I had set my resolution. I do hope all of this REALLY comes true.

1) Involve more in my beliefs. I really need to look in deeper and explore the word of GOD

2) Pray harder and let HIM be my guide (which I am going to let go of my self controlling emotions and plan)

3) Working in a better environment (I won't be staying too long, since there is no value for my existence in this low life working environment)

4) Concentrate in my family life, my wife and kid. To provide better TLC and quality of life.

5) Going to ignore all those stupid criticism/excuses in work place (if I am still around in the same working environment)

6) Enjoying my life with abundance of joy (this I really need to explore on how? cos I had not been experienced this in a long long time)

7) To be more patient (because I am very hot headed)

8) Have better rest and sleep (Haven't have a good sleep for a long long time)

9) To rebuild my body (This one really needs persistent and consistency)

10) Becoming a superhero (Batman I guess! Because we are living in a similar place like GOTHAM or God'am' city. To many injustice and criminals)

Senior Mangement Symptoms-MUST READ!!

I was thinking of how to write these in my blog. Not that I am worried or scared, but I never portray myself working for a company for my entire life.

I think of simplified it. Please take note that not all the senior management but majority have these symptoms:

Working in a company for more than 10 years which always think that he/she knows everything of the outside world- but actually he/she doesn't know
Do not feel secure and always try to pick on their own staffs
Calculative of every single things
Do not trust anyone, always thinking the staffs are cheating their company.Actually they are cheating on themselves (Psychologically). Other words, feeling insecure.
Always changing work policy (day to day) like the emperor of China during few thousand years ago.
Always think that he/she is the key person which holds the responsibility and does not let go or delegate their job and making the entire business hard for others.Scared of being replaced by new comers.
Always twist and turn issues.
Taking advantage on employees (Training on weekends, long hour meetings until midnight...etc etc)
Never give a clear answer, the answer is always neutral (no right or wrong) To avoid responsibility.
Two face. Smile in front of you but stab you at the back.
More than 40 years old

If you have the above symptoms, you better do something. Because non of any young staffs like me like it.Either you change your fucking attitude(which you can't) or start to act like one motherfucking responsible manager. Or, one day, people like me will cut you loose and you have nothing at the end.

One of my friend reminded me that, if a company cannot function without one or 2 person, this company is not healthy. Why should all the operation depends only on a few person, I do not think senior management means that they are capable. The fact is that a lot of them do not even hold a higher qualification academically. And if you told me that it's their experienced that they had, Fuck that! Experienced is the root of this fucking slavery working environment which had not been improving for the past 10 years. Sad but True! Why? Because their experience is limit to only 1 or 2 or maybe 3 companies. that they had worked in.You called that experienced?

Let me put you through a fucking sensitive email which I had try to clarify with my management and you be the judge (it's sensitive, but fuck it):

Scenario: We are ask to go for a training during a government declared state holiday. So I wrote an email to my HR like below:

"Dear XXX:

Jut a quick one. There will be a training on the 27th Nov 2009(Hari Raya Haji) which falls on company's declared public holiday. Is there any replacement? Since I believe that our labour law did mentioned about replacement.
Thank You! "

Then My HR had mentioned this to the management for clarification as below:

"
Dear Both, (the 2 important people which the whole company cannot function without them)
Please response to the following request. According to the law, we need to grant them a replacement holiday. It is a gazetted holiday by Federal Government. "

Then one of them replied ( you know who!) This company is not so big to guest the person.

I would appreciated if you communicate this matter to me instead of (HR personnel) or at lease put me in the loop, first of all I'm your immediate supervisor, I'm liable to advise you, how should
you behave as a manager and don't carry mentality that the sales man have.
The matter you bring up is also a valid fact, but however as a management staff we also must understand our responsibility & accountability as well as what are priorities, especially

Living a boring and meaningless life

Have you ever think that the life you are living is boring and meaningless?

After graduation, we are tied to our work. Long working hours, but the return does not justify of what we had contributed to the companies (especially local ones).

Other than working, is there any interest which you don't have time to pursue?Not only interest, how about family times and other more valuable things in life which you should be concentrating at?

The answer is "NO".

I made a simple evaluation, and some can say I am pessimistic. Well, once again, I am not pessimistic, this is reality. This is the summary fo a Working Malaysian. We spend our life studying for 15 years (on average primary to Uni). Then we spent almost 35 years earning money (working lor). From 8-6pm daily Monday- Friday (on average).
Furthermore, on average, all of us only earns an average wages which struggle like crazy financially from time to time.(Inflation and currency depreciation)

So, out of the entire working life,(sorry to say that), and average Malaysian had tied down to 2 things in life. Which are house and car. Most of the earnings are used to paid up these 2 things.
Not a lot of working Malaysian even had any money left at the end of the month to save.
Come to think about it, is this life you are living in is so"meaningless"? Perhaps Sad!

It will be boring if we do not have any other interest in our life for us to pursue and enjoy. So, most of the working Malaysian nowadays are living a "boring" life. At the end of the day, there isn't a balance of work and fun. but WORK WORK WORK!

Living such a life SUCKS! and actually sometimes pisses me off, thinking to myself "Why do I need to go through this?"

Come to think about it, perhaps we should put the blame to our "Boleh Government" for not being protective enough and let the local companies to abuse us like nobody's business.We are no better than any foreign albours, but the same(The difference is only the IC color). Because we are being abused, then we(some of us) abuse foreign labours. It's actually a chain effect.

Lately I was busy.Busy of bossing around my staff and taking the pissed out of the company I am working in.

Why am I so busy? Well I am always:
Busy of getting my job done, busy of my workload, busy of telling people off, busy of monitoring my overall business performance. and also busy of earning some money.

This is not so true. After all the "busyness" you put in. I think I do not get whatever I should had earned.

It seems that no matter how you argue, justify or reason with your paymaster, non of them are willing to pay more. Why are they so stingy? Why can't they pay according to what other develop country is paying? Because, there is no law to protect people like us.

Off course, I had proven my track of record. But what is the return for me? NOTHING!

So, what's the point that so many companies are boasting that they are a multinational company? And they are one of the most sustainable company throughout the world. Do they mean that they can sustained because they know how to cut cost and ripped their employee off?

For me, I ain't going to get myself busy anymore. Why? Because it's pointless for me to contribute my intelligence by helping these sort of company earning more money. I will earn my part and the rest they can go fuck themselves with their stingy narrow minded policy.

刚刚看完了痞子英雄，觉得这些演员演得太“用力” 有一点像新加坡演员一样。根本没入戏。
还说是：
“2009年一出台湾电视剧，为普拉嘉国际意像制作的第一部连续剧，由周渝民、赵又廷、陈意涵、张钧甯、修杰楷、那维勋等人主演。该剧由曾荣获金钟奖最佳导演的蔡岳勋执导，全剧主要以高雄市为取景地点。本剧是参考拉法叶军购弊案改编”
我的天啊！这样的演技还能让男主角周渝民、趙又廷雙雙入圍金鐘獎最佳男主角。真是不知道现在的台湾影评是什么水准来着。不然应该说整个亚洲的演戏水准也太低了。大部分的演员也没有真正的专业训练。当然在没有专业的指导下，角色扮演也达不到应该有的水准。反而让人觉得整部戏的演技像是被“挤”出来的。未免也太假了!
演员没办法扮演他们的角色，导演也没办法引导和朔造剧情里的气氛。让我看了很不过瘾，而且也没什么感觉。
不是我在亏这部戏，我是觉得也太浪费了一票的资深演员的演技。带不动戏的张力，反而让一些偶像演员砸了整部戏的剧情。

A(H1N1) had become a pandemic disease in our country. So what's the solution? Our GH is not even treating the patient properly (that's a fact, okay!try asking anyone who had been to GH to check for suspected H1N1 case, then you will know)

I never doubt that our government of this boleh land had done a good job in preventing the virus. Nevertheless, they had also done a bad job in covering up the spread of disease.

Everyday without fail,I will visit this website (http://h1n1.moh.gov.my) to read the latest figure of infection. But, what I noticed is that, once the death toll starts to climb, there isn't anymore info of the infection cases, but only death cases. What is this? Another cover up? to prevent people from panicking?

This is a fucking ridiculous way of covering up things like that.
Malaysia government was already notorious in all their administrative job theym, still, they never learn and improve.PIGS!

This is very similiar to my company's policy, when the 1st case was found in Malaysia, my (very considerate) company banned all the travellings. The excuse is, because the H1N1 is contagious and is brought from overseas and it might spread by air travelling.

But when it was declared that there aren't anymore imported case, (which means spreading among locals, which is a pandemic disease now), the banned of travelling had been lifted up, so we can travel by air and to anywhere we want. What the fuck is this?

I notice nowadays, being a consumer is not easy.

I want to spend money(going to help the economy of this boleh land), but I cannot get the "satisfaction" I want. Hmmm, sounds familiar? Not those dirty things that you are thinking,okaaay?

What am I saying? For example:

I walked into a console games shop, asking what are the latest modding software version of Xbox 360(to play pirated games of course), they told me they don't know that. How come?

Walked into a electronic shop asking what's the spec of the LCD TV and the difference between LCD and Plasma. The person told me, "Sorry sir, no stock lah!"Why try to avoid question, I was thinking?

Walked into a fitness equipment shop, asking whether I can change the content inside of the bag if I buy it. The sales person told me, "it's like that one". Well, I don't really care about one, two or three... 没力！

Go to the Clinic to have a medical check up, the doctor saw my tattoo on my hand, he asked again,whether I had any other tattoo on my body. Is that really relevant to your fucking job.You should have let me know what's the outcome of the check up. You gay!

Go to a shop to ask about pillow, whats does it mean when the pillow (with the same brand apparently) stated 5 holes and 7 holes. Once again, the "very experienced" sales lady reply that, that is the brand...Wah lau eh...really speechless.

Go to a liquor store,asking for some higher grade Chinese liquor “高粱”, cos they only sell those cheap ones, the lady told me, no we don't sell it (with a arrogant attitude) some more asking and emphasizing to me at the same time that the expensive ones had more alcohol content?Then she just walked away. I kept silent to save the embarrassment. In my mind I was thinking "What the fuck! you really does know a lot about liquor. How come you are here selling liquor" Now only I know, more expensive liquor has more alcohol content. Knn leh!

So, if you don't really know, why do it?
All of the encounter is at those renowned shops or malls in Penang Island (only), not those cheap cheap place in the wet market...Professionalism is not present in these situation.

My Changing Attitude

I believe there is a reason why I wrote this.

I think my work colleagues will be the ones who notice that my attitude had change to be quite aggressive.

So, what happened? What trigger this aggression?

I think it's people being thoughtless and selfish trigger this. I am a perfectionist which I wanted everything to be done in order and there are principles to keep all things in order. Whatever promise is a promise, commitment is commitment, self discipline means to be in control of yourself. But what do I get? Nothing! Ridiculous! Finally my eyes are opened.

All of the above does not apply to anything to what I have in mind. People are reckless and selfish, the "don't care" attitude which made me so damn pissed off and I decided to be patient anymore. Let it be! That's what I said to myself. There isn't any responsibility from majority of the team but only a few of them.

So what do I care? Of course to treat them like a bloody little kids and kkeep on yelling to keep things in order from A - Z. Can you even believe that I had to warm thme to keep the toilet cleaned? I bet they don't need to be reminded of that in theor own house. From things as simple as this, I believe, people are taking me for granted and I knoew it from the beginning, but I like to keep my options open. But, I think I am stupid, and what do I get, mindless and selfish pricks.

So, you guys did not made a good choice for yourself. I will do it the hard way.

I don't know whether I am right or wrong.

Since after I came back to penang to work (about 3 years ago), I was really shock with the standard of Penangites nowadays. Not saying all of us. But majority of us (including the young ones).

The mentality of Kiasu is one of the things which I kinda relate Penangites nowadays (like Singaporean). But the thing is, our standard of living and knowledge is not any better.

I used to boast about Penangites had the best attitude (when I was working in other states). But now, I think I had just make a big bloody mistake.

If you are doing business in Penang, you will find out that, a lot of Penangites are very stingy.Why?They ask around prices, they do have their own budget, but they still push around prices. It seems like there is no limit to this.

The idea of having more (in quantity), bigger (in size) and in a very cheap price.Oh ya, also they want good quality. If majority of Penangites are like that, how the hell we are going to make our commercial area to grow? That's why our shopping mall keeps on opening and closing or left unmanaged.

Do you notice that, when you go to any shopping mall in Penang, you can't really see any people buying (from the plastic bags they are carrying, mostly are empty handed). More or less they are just window shopping, and causing a lot of unnecessary traffic jam.

If these attitude is not going to change, one day, Penang will suffer like those undeveloped states as nobody is willing to spend. And since we are emphasizing about Penang, do you know that a few years back we are already drop to the 3rd largest city in Malaysia (used to be 2nd, now Johor is the 2nd). So what really happened?

Well, I think after my baby born was born. I kinda' change totally. I think people at the work place can sense the difference. Things are more tense and I get irritated and hot tempered. Start screwing people around every morning and being meaner than ever. (Haih! I think it's a way of getting more responsible of what I am doing.

So, the priority will be my family, and also concentrate to bring up the child in a Godly manner.

I was shock and amazed how people in management was so cunning and sly.

I think this group of old people thought that they are smart. I personally think that they are blinded by the power they have.

I really don't understand how can these people live their life without feeling any guilt and still be where they are(status wise). Things which I am supposed to take credit was not given to me, but taken by them, just simply because the result was good. And all the credits goes to this bunch of useless senior management.

If that is the case, please do not ask me to do anything extra from now onwards. I am sick of tired of your sly and pushing around responsibilities. Not everyone is as sly and cunning like you and not everyone will keep quiet forever.

This really reminds of how manipulative our Malay government work their way out for these years. But actually, who actually teaches Malay people to be so corrupted?We are the one- The Chink who started all this things.

You don't give me any fucking credit, but also being biased. Keep on digging and emphasizing on small matters.What I can tell you is "FUCK YOU and FUCK OFF!" Why not you go and concentrate on other branches which had more problems(just like the ones which the manager had just being indirectly forced to quit). If you don't trust me of what I am doing, please just let me go, and if you want me to use your own way of working, please get loss, I ain't going to do what you told me. As I had my own way of working. If you want to hire new people and considering what you said in the first place that people from diff working background will contribute better ideas for this company, then let me do it my way. Cheap pay more work and responsibility?Fuck ya'll!

The fuck I know this, I am working in one of this type of company.

Frankly speaking, I don;t get much of the fucking income or any benefits from this company. I got slashed (and being given empty promises and facts before I join this company) from my requested salary and stupid enough I took the bait. Well, I trust people too much.

So what now! Now, I have to suffer the drastic job scope given to me. Not enjoying a lot of benefits, I am even worst then any of my fellow workers here. The title is just a fucking title. Nothing to do with my income. Title means nothing to me, you fuck heads!

From what I had seen, nor I am on the top or below. So I do not know what it's the fucking level I am in.

I found out a lot of employees in this companies are not even fit to do their job, why hire in the first place? Now , while every shit happens, I am asked to execute all these shit, and only the answer I get from the top management is"You cannot blame on the previous management as the person is no longer there". This is what happen when I asked them.

I believe that the previous person in my position would also have no choice since the budget is low, and yet wanting people to do quality job. What a fucking Asian way of thinking. Now, I have to clear all the shit up?

To be fair, why not write off everything on the date I joined, so that I do not have to bear the responsibilities which already happened a decades ago. Is this how the government works? Yes, it is.

This is one of the worst scenario and working ethics which I faced throughout my career. If you tell me that this might be my bottleneck. I don't even think that I faced any bottleneck, but I think I will call the management "dickheads".

So, if you are not willing to pay and you want people to work more, go and hire some fucking foreign labours and stop abusing locals.

If you always emphasize we are not working good enough. perhaps you should look into the direction, plans, and even instructions given by the top management. Maybe you are the ones who is not effective and well organized. Stop fucking finger pointing, one finger points out, 3 fingers will be pointing at yourself.

As what I believe, a lot of people are not fully responsible of what they do in their jobs, but please do not categorised me into it, I am trying to provide my staffs a better working environment and ways to work smart.

Companies and Politics

Responsibility or self interest aka selfish

There is a fine line which a lot of people cannot identify between responsibilities and self interest.

Companies nowadays, sadly to say, a lot of management does not know what is called responsibility or self interest.

Responsibility is what you need to do for your job scope and how to maintain your working environment in the best interest for all aspects.

Self interest is selfish and do not know what the hell you are doing. You don't give a shit about others and don't give a fuck about any interest of other in the company.

So, where are we now?

I feel that most of the management level is more in self interest. What people wants they are not listening. Most of the decision had been made even before any discussion had been made. So , all the meetings are just a fucking waste of time, since they had already a set of rule of their own to follow.
As things get even worse is that when all the necessary reports are being submitted, I believe 80% of them did not go through thoroughly, but only the last minute they will ask for an instant answer and they expect that from people as organise as me, which always pissed me off.
I was thinking, if you are so called in management level, shouldn't you be "RESPONSIBLE" to read all those report/email/ or what so ever things we sent you , filter it(using your fucking small brain) and then made a judgement. You can't ask us for an instant answer, and don't give a shit whether we are available or not. An example is" I want this now". So, what does this make you? It makes you look like a fucking moron who is not fit for your position.

A lot of "senior" management think that they know everything, because of their experience, but if they are so experience, how come they can't even manage their own family properly. So, it comes back to the same principle, responsibility or self interest?

An advice to all of you fucking people who is in the management position, "Please do not give a bad impression to other people in management level(like me) if you are not responsible of what you are doing". I am different from you guys, you can say I am a wild and crazy guy. But I do have a set of principle to follow.

Old things will need to be replace, just like computers. Please do not drag too long to stay in your position and cause the entire fleet to suffer. If I am in your situation, I would have feel ashamed of myself and maybe kill myself.

Self interest is IRRESPONSIBLE!

Just park my car at the parking lot behind my office. The view from the parking lot was the esplanade.

What can I say, the haze is ridiculous, and it reminded me of England (when I am studying there). It's just the temperature is warmer.

Anyway, it's a FREE(a lot of Malaysian like this word) flow of haze from our neighbour country(Indonesia).

(even my crappy mobile phone can capture the haze clearly, imagine how bad is the haze)

My Car had a FEVER

Well, my 3 years to come Korean made car had a fever on last Friday (19/June/2009) while I was driving back from Tesco.
I was quite surprise and shock after looking at the temp indicator and was nearly hitting max.
Went to a workshop (where I always go), check here and there, and found out everything was fine, except the thermostat was causing all this shit.
Luckily, the mechanics are experienced enough to troubleshoot the problem instantly.
For me, Korean cars is already in my blacklist as well as our famous Proton.
I think next car I am buying will be a continental car.
But I need to build up my cash reserve first.

This is what makes me furious when I read this headline this morning from the The Star newspaper.

What is there to do with closing classes? you fucking governments are just making things worst. you think students nowadays will be staying at home? I think you guys know better. Kids nowadays like to go out whenever they have a chance. Even when there are classes they still manage to skip schools.

The problem is, the spread of this virus is by travelling, I think you government pigs should restrict travelling by certain transport to certain countries and also maybe impose a temporary law for those people who needs to travel frequently to certain countries by flight. Or to restrict the number of times for air travelling for frequent fliers.

What the fuck is that have to do with closing classes?

Remember the spread of H1N1 virus did not come from our own students, but from other countries.

H1N1 Cases Increasing

With the average of 5-6 case per day increasing of the N1N1 virus in our country (which currently total up to 42 cases), I didn't even hear any precautions steps taken by the fucking government.

What the fuck are they doing? Everyday there are new reports of cases, but there is no steps taken to prevent or to stop it. Not even raise any alarm to the nation.

As I had mentioned earlier in my blog. These government pigs are useless and never wanted to take responsibilities and their excuse is "we do not want to create panic among the nation"

I do hope this virus will spread to their families and we will see what they say later on.

My baby boy and wife

For the pass few days, my baby boy is sleeping ok at night. Only woke up 3 times in a night.

But yesterday, he was up almost the whole night, and my wife was almost up for 24 hours, since the husband is too tired. We had fed him enough (sometimes even thinking we might had overfed him), but only one things which we notice is that he pass motion quite a lot in one day. So perhaps, I was thinking that he might have some stomach issue. ( I am going to ask the doctor tomorrow since is his medical check up)

I do not know what to do, and the baby just kick up a fuss whenever my wife put him into the moses basket(after she carried him and he fell asleep), but after a few minutes, he will be crying. We really don't know whether he is sick or just feeling uncomfortable.(I guess this is how parents are like).

And my wife, who needs rest the most, had not been sleeping well after discharge from the hospital.

What can I do to help?

Malaysia's Newspaper

I notice that the newspaper in Malaysia nowadays does not have any impactful news. Even the headlines they have is kinda being boring (it is obvious that our media are and always had been control by the government). Their excuse is not to create chaos among the nation. But, the fact is, they want to hide something and also not to be responsible to what is actually really happen in our country. If that's the case, shouldn't we be living in a very peaceful and harmony country?

Buying and reading the news nowadays are no fun anymore. It's even more boring than reading a school syllabus.

Our government is a lazy government.
This is how they are like, I think it's in their genetic, passing down since the time of the first migrant from Indonesia during the Malacca empire.

The way they worked are like pirates, no rules and no direction. Just a simple example, 20 years ago everyone was talking about WAWASAN 2020.Now, I don't even seem to hear anything about WASWASAN 2020 anymore. Where is it now? Is it on hold?

Anyway, I am not sure how much you spend on newspaper per month, but from what I had calculated. I had spent RM8280(English and Chinese) for newspaper for the past 10 years. Why? Because the news in one newspaper is not even enough to satisfy me.

I think it's time to stop subscribing to these useless piece of shit.

First Time Parent

Being a first time parent ain't easy.

Since after my wife and kid being discharged from the hospital, we had to deal with sleepless nights, then after sorted out the problem (which the baby does not have enough food).

We have to face my parents "experience" advices. Don't do this and don't do that. That is still okay, since they are doing for the benefit of the kid and my wife.

But people like me (who is having bad temper in real life), plus the not enough sleep that I had(less than 4 hours a day). Some more have to deal with company shits, which keeps on hassling me every now and then.

Anyhow, now I understand that how parents are like to their kid. No matter how poor you are, and how impatient you are, when it comes to your own kid, you want the best for them and not to let them suffer.

Well, it's quite a handful and sometime frustrating (when you need to wake up a few times in a middle of the night which might took hours to settle the kid)But it's all worth it.

Now I know why parents are so worry about their kids from time to time(for their own benefit). I think I will be the same as well (a worrying parent from time to time) and the headache part will be at their rebellious age.

Working in this fucking company is damn irritating, why? cos the so called management think that people who is dedicated should work long hours and the thought of working is 1st then your life and family comes second. Is this actually normal? or sick?

Well, I ain't signed up to be a slave to your company, and by the way, if you want to argue about it, I kinda found out that the salary that you pay me is much more lesser than you are paying the previous person who is in my position.

Ermm! also please do not forget that, I had improve in the overall performance of your fucking branch which compare to the previous years. So you tell me!Did I do my job, or I am just another fucking underpaid slave to you. Are you sure that you didn't lie to me when you answer the questions I asked you before I join your fucking company?

For those who had been sucking assess of our big bosses, don't think that you are so damn dedicated to the company and had contribute your entire life to the company. Do you think other people will remember you when you eventually retire?

So, you said dedication? Does dedication means working long , unproductive , and lots and lots of meeting will bring you to success? No, those are those people who only talks more than work. This is what you guys in the top management position is doing. For me, I would like to work on my things and strategy silently. Instead of having meetings and shit like that so frequently which had no conclusion.

Even company's which made 7-8 million of profit each month only had a quarterly meeting. So where are we compare to others? You old buggers who sit in the top management position, will either being replaced or just fucking retired. Cos this world have more talented people like me who will be able to do more and accomplished higher things.

Because of you guys whom refuses to let go your power, keeps on hassling us in those unproductive reports and strategy.Why we can't make more money? Because, there is no support at all, and there are no dedication of power to us to make a complete decision.

Always we hear of support, but diff people are treated diff in the same company. Why?
I tell you why? Management cannot lead and working in the same working environment for too long had blinded your judgment.

Sleepless night-Untl now is more than 24 hours

Oh dear! My wife and I are not even having any sleeps since we came back from the hospital.

Our baby keep on crying and we do not know what's wrong with him.

So this morning! still feel quite dizzy in the head, my wife rang up the hospital and instantly our pediatrician ask us come in immediately.

When we are at the hospital, nothing was wrong with him.

So the doctor ask us to come back on Thursday for a check up again.

After bringing our baby boy back, I had to go and get the registration done. Luckily when I went there there aren't a lot registration for new born, but I was completely blurred, and my mind was not able to think straight nor focus nor remembering things.

but luckily, after all the hours of waiting, I had done the registration for my son. And everything had been done.

But the painful part is, for these few days, I had no idea how much money I had already spent through my credit card. I don't even want to think about it!

Today, my life has a new meaning!

My wife had just delivered our first born in our family.

My parents and ours status even my brother's had been upgraded

My wife went to the hospital to check up at 2pm ( as I told her to do that, cos she had sleepless nights due to pain around her rib area for 3 nights she couldn't sleep)

At 3.30pm, my dad rang up and said that she had admitted to the ward and it's in the labour room.

At 4.30pm, I was there and I went home to get the things ready, clothes, my gadgets etc etc..as we are staying in a private room (so husband are allow to stay over night)

At 5.20pm when I am still at the house, a nurse from hospital rang me that my wife had to go through C Section, as the baby has already pass motion (water broke), so the only option is to go for C section.

At 5.45pm my baby was successfully delivered.

I can't help noticing 4 common things which a lot of Malaysians ignore, especially adults and teenagers nowadays. So, boys and girls, it's time for you to take note!!

1) B.O -Body Odor
BO-For other peoples sake, please apply some deodorant before you go to public places, cos it's damn disgusting.And the smell of it is even worse than a cockroach. Don't even think that deodorant only applies t those people with natural body odors. Anyone who sweats are capable of producing the same "aroma" as well.

2) Protruding Nose Hair

Nose hair- A lot of guys still ignores this. It's very distracting when you are in a middle of conversation with someone with their nose hair sticking out. It's damn disgusting. People! Please check your bushes every morning while you are brushing your teeth.

3) Upper Lip facial hair/I called it moustache (especially girls)

I had seen a lot of girls with this type of facial hair. It's not pleasant at all and it put me off.
Girls are suppose to take care of their hair problems. It is quite common to see this among Malaysian girls as well. Well, those who hasn't notice your own "moustache", please look in the mirror now, and do some necessary waxing or threading.

4)Bad Breathe
One of the kind that I think a lot of people are ignoring or not even realise they had it. I had a few experience in one day when I went for shopping, the sales personnel had bad breath and was really damn disgusting. The smell of it, some are even worst than a bloody sewer. So, how am I suppose to talk to you properly without feeling disgusted?
Take some mint of rinse your mouth from time to time when necessary.

All those things mentioned above are those common hygienic issues whom we as a Malaysian ignores. This is important, Why? Because it affects people in the public. And believe me, I had encounter lots of them, shopping, gyms, restaurants...etc. So, people, you want to be an upbringing nation? Let's start from this little things.

For those who like to work long hours

This idea came to me suddenly.
I was not even prepare for it. But I noticed it a lot in a lot of working environment.
A lot of "Senior management" like to emphasize in long working hours. It's like dedication to the company and passion for their work.

But can they answer me a few of these question?

1) Working long hours everyday, does it make you more productive or actually proof that you are ineffective? (since most of of the working environment should match the working hours of our customers)

2) Most customers environment does not work for long hours ( if they do, they had shifts). So why don't we have shifts? And by the way, management mostly don't work for long hours, it's only meant for the front line- like servicing.

3)Why most of the senior staff like to make comment on other people going back right after working hour? (since in the agreement it is stated that we are working from this time to that time) and you should ask yourselves, why work more than that? A lot of us is underpaid? Okay? (Because you are the ones who slash our salary- So "what you pay is what you get"- not to be materialistic, but this is a real life scenario)You cannot expect us to sacrifice our whole life for the company. We still have our own personal life which means a lot to some of us.

4) According to psychologist, these types people are classified as workaholics, but behind it there is always a story, a story which relates to unhappiness and unsatisfied in their personal life which they are trying to run away. Face the truth man! You guys are actually cowards. Am I right?

Anyway, there are more t hings t emphasize, but I am tired with it. So, whoever reads this. Proof me wrong ya!

Whenever there is something related to China and their cities. It always make me think of where our country is at?

We use to be ahead of many countries, but where are we now? We are far behind now. Seems like our country is not doing too good.

All the things seems not to be in line with the progress of the development which leave our country no where and now we are in a stagnant stage.

This frustrates me when just to think of it, our country had misused all of our money for unnecessary shit. This type of leadership should have been hang and be sentenced to death.

Why? You might say this is too harsh, but they are the ones who had cost us our country's future. What is better than killing them?

Look around you, most of the younger generations are worst than ever and more crimes are rising. Development? Never experienced it.

Sometimes, it crosses my mind, thinking whether I am underpaid throughout my career.

If I am not mistaken, I am and was underpaid in most company's I worked.

They should had started this a bit earlier. But things can be said but not done.

Still, even comes to tender, it doesn't mean the process will be entire "clean".

It's really up to the government and our prime minister to give clear guidelines in the transparency of this tender process. If the guidelines are strict, it will minimise corruption.

But in our country, to abolish such practice(corruption), it will take some time. That's why I emphasize on the guidelines must be clear and stern.

Sorry to say that, Penang state government had already started this process once the DAP took over the government.

Frankly speaking, at least business people like us feel that there is fair and justice when it comes to awarding projects. All the people are given a chance to participate. Not like the previous government, everything is hidden and we do not even know why we loose out on certain project. No explanation given, but the fact was "CORRUPTION!!"

So, it will be a good move for doing this, but it will be bad if he is just trying to make a statement which the federal government is not even ready to implement.

一般的公司都會有一定的水準來衡量員工的工作態度。

可是並不是每一個員工都會遵守。就大個比如：當大老闆說大家應該和睦相處，能幫盡量幫，工作才能盡善盡美，可是很多他媽的主管層，都沒有按照大老闆的話去做。反而落井下石，為了達到目標，完成自己的工作，把重擔推給別人。而且還誇口說是自己的功勞。
這一種人到處都是！說是一回事，做又是另外一回事，根本沒必要提捨麼工作態度，連最基本的工作道德倫理都不知道，怎麼可能瞭解真正的工作態度？

有些員工就每天希望老闆加薪，有一些就每一天想逃避責任，不想做太多的事情。
還有一種員工很狡猾，上班的時候重來不會把工作完成，一直留到下班的時候拼命的加班。這樣他們以為老闆會認為他們為了公司很拼。而且一舉兩得。可是魔高一丈，道高一尺，往往老闆都看在眼裡。說難聽一點，這班王八蛋就是老闆的代罪羔羊。一有捨麼動靜，這些＂聰明人士＂　就這樣被犧牲了。

所以工作態度一定要認真，誠實，該說時說，不該說的時候就靜靜的。沒你的事情就別管那麼多。　這個世界是個自私的世界。是個弱肉強食的世界。
那些該死的主管層，連工作的榜樣都沒有，怎能做一個出息的領導人。

The actual outside view of the hotel (still quite convincing)

But after you went in........

A dustbin which never being emptied

maybe trying to let people think that they have lots of customer that like to drink their free sachet of Nescafe Coffee (Cup full of stain)

A big crack on the wall

A more obvious shot of the crack

Some "unknown" stain

A very sticky and shiny floor

"Unknown" stain on the wall and also a very "itchy" bed

Conclusion: A shortchange for a RM155 stay. Malay cannot run any business, if you invest your money and let the Malays run your business, you will loose everything.

The hotel is dirty, unhygienic, disgusting and overcharged.

You will ask, you are the one who choose to stay there?

Well, this is the first time I am staying there because the next day morning I am going for a company kick off and need to be assemble at the LCCT at 8.30am. So this hotel seems to be a good option.

But, I am fooled by the photos on the net(sigh! How innocent of me)

So, fuck de Palma Inn, you are in my no no list for my entire life!

I don't even dare to give them any rating because it will be lower than a big fucking"0", but in some websites their ranking is 3 stars. Where the heck the stars came from?

Unfair and injustice

Why people are treated unfairly?
I don't know.

Especially when you work in a small working environment with those bloody fucking old/senior management people only give "special" treatment to certain people, rather than following proper procedure according to the rules and regulations.

They will made the decision and ask me to execute it. But never give me a proper answer. This is how good they are.

They are not going to bear the coarse of action. But to let someone else to bear it.
So, always in the morning, when I do my morning meditation and prayer, not only I ask GOD to forgive my sins and incompetency, I also ask GOD to forgive these people and ask GOD to let these people feel and suffer the pain and let them burn in hell. Why? We can't do anything to them, only let the MOST HIGH ABOVE to handle these people.
No lar, I am just joking. But I do pray for injustice treatment.And pray how to overcome it.

But I just think these people are no use to the society, their existence are selfish and ugly.

I am thinking of writing types of bosses whom we might encounter during our employment. Their attitudes and attributes.

Anyhow, I will treat people with fair and just. Those who are working for me will not suffer from unfair treatment.

Whenever I go for a meeting, always there are so many of these type of Assholes. The topics is all about paid sex, I say 80%. Especially those who think themselves as a fucking successful businessman.

For me, I only think these bunch of motherfuckers are low-life scums, who should be rape and molest by other people.

Not surprisingly, these people are mostly old or middle age people. Off course, nowadays the younger generation is also following this trend.

I know, you will say, is a fair business, where you paid for it. but does it come across to your mind, maybe you are unfaithful to your partner or wives and also your own commitment?

I always hear, but also not to hear at the same time. In my opinion,these sort of people should not have any privilege to have sex, perhaps their dicks should be cut off or maybe getting some sort of herpes which will ruin their entire life.

Well, it's obvious, the MD of my company I am working in does not recons me, or I don't even get his attention, or he just ignore my existence. I know he knows about my existence, but he just purposely do that. If he thinks I feel the pain? Sorry! A big No No.
I had been independent for so many years since my Uni years, and learn about survival when I was overseas hen no help is given until today.

Personally, I don't give a damn, cos the truth is, the area I am handling is not performing at all.
But also, there is an injustice treatment in the company.

So what! This is a fucking imbalance world, and not everything is fair and square.

Why do I say that?
A normal person will be able to sense and read other people's reaction by their "unhidden" expression, posture, etc etc.

I am a quiet person. I do not like to talk about things that I already know. Perhaps the company I am working in likes people who talks a lot so that they can stand out from others. While the quiet ones will remain in the background and suffers the ignorance.

I am actually OK with that. Anyhow, it's a political world. There is no justice but I will not guarantee whether there is one afterlife. Anyhow, people nowadays are selfish.

A lot of people find me intimidating and arrogant, and very sarcastic. Why? Because, I dislike injustice and unfairness.

But maybe my MD might be looking for a person who likes to talk and show off.

Well, I have a set of my own rules and morality to follow. So until then I will be at the back end trying to work things out.

What else can I say, I can only said that humans are difficult to understand animals (I can understand a dog better). Because of the complication of this world we are staying, and there are lots of times where we can't really distinguish the grey areas, it makes people like us being treated unfairly.

Anyhow, I just wanted to highlight these to those who is facing the same problem as me.

Proof yourself to be useful first then we will have lots of time to talk.

For those whom ignore us, they will one day proven to be wrong.

Company's Sales Kick Off in Chiang Mai

My company is going to organize a sales kick off in Chiang Mai.

Those who worked in a Jap company will know that those strange Japanese have their own calender. Which their year ended in Every March. And the Start of the year is in April. Strange? Nope, is weird!(Japs got a lot of freaks and weirdos)

OK! back to the topic. Since the bloody kick off is in Chiang Mai, and supposedly to be like an informal meeting. But we are being told that the theme for this kick off is Gala Awards Night, so we are requested to wear formal, formal as in suits ties, bla bla bla......

Once again, I emphasize on ass licker from previous post. I think some people in the company are tyring to impress the bosses again, by proposing this sort of bloody theme. Whether is worth to bring all those shit along, you judge it yourself.

The entire formal dressing event only took around 3 hours out of the 3 days stay. So you tell me, is it worth to bring such a heavy load just for 3 hours?

Working at any company nowadays is always a pain in the ass when facing issues mainly related to PR- Public relations. Especially internal staffs. External customers, I don't give a damn about it.

Me, a very serious, task oriented, ethical, fair and judgemental person, cannot "tahan" when it comes to injustice in the office. Even some senior or my bosses trying to do things their way which is not fair to others. I "beh tahan" because I cannot shout, punch, yell or criticise them. (My style is to take the piss in front of those people). Unless I really consider to throw my job away.

Another type of people which I do not like is when these office rubbish are trying to proposed those time and money wasting training, which doesn't really help anyone. What they want is to impress the bosses, letting everyone know that they put in a lot of effort and time so called "to help the company staff to upgrade their working attitude or level". "Wei! you think we are playing computer games meh! want to upgrade can upgrade anytime you want ?"

These type of people always try to take credit for themselves. For me,I always hate these type of person, as they sometimes make good people (like me) suffer and have to carry out their task and burden.

I called them "Ass Lickers" why? cos they are good in ass licking and make certain people feels good. You can ask your friends who had been ass licked, and see whether they like it or not?You know what type of person I am talking about.

Income Tax form

Why our Income tax form(on-line submission) keep on changing?
Don't they have a proper guideline on how to fill up the forms according to some section where some people like me don't understand anything about section codes like 110...etc etc etc.

Perhaps they should have an online handbook so that I can fill in the details more accurately. or else 3 years from now, I will receive a bloody fucking letter from LHDN, asking me to pay certain tax or unclaimed tax, which I think it's not fair to me.

The most "enjoying" moment is that I have to go to the tax department to declare it. Some of the times, it's not even our fault, it's the bloody confusing words they use in the form. Actually, who will remember the full details. And why in the first place, they should have standardise the form and stop changing it.

Every year when I try to fill up the form (as a role model citizen), it's always full of surprises, not a good one, but bad one. It's a fucking brain cell killing session whenever I start to key in the amount.

I think they made it so confusing so that I can make a lot of mistake and get taxed of what I should not have paid.

Meetings!! Fucking boring and time consuming

What do you think about meeting?

1)to resolve certain issues or to make certain processes to run smoothly

2)to follow up on daily routine

3)straight to the point and to address the issues need to be solved

4)time conscious and finish within specific hours/time according to agenda

5)discussions should follow the agenda without any sidetrack.

6)provide solutions and don't keep going in circles (which we don't even know what's the point)

Well, I found out that a lot of companies can't even do the above properly when it comes to meetings.

A lot of these uneducated fools are actually in top management level who does not even know about ways to host/chair a company meeting.

I found out that there are a lot of sidetrack and unnecessary and unrelated topics. And it's time consuming. Can you believe a meeting can held for the same purpose of more than a day and last for 10 hours/day (talking about effectiveness! Hahaha)

Meeting procedures are meant to be fast and straight to the point. Not story telling ( a lot of high management falls into these category) It was like hearing your grandmother telling about her life time experience. Sorry! I can't accept that.

That is why, during the meeting, I only listen to those important things, I don't like crap.

I don't comment or voice out doesn't mean that I don't know or I am not interested, I am just trying to save some youthfulness(time) for all of the senior management who aren't going to get any younger.

Actually before the meeting start, I'd already knew what are the things those monkeys are going to talk about, so feeling disappointed but had no other choice(to sit in for 10 hours), listening to those same old stories over and over again. I always tell my wife and share with her what will happen and what will the discussion be like even before going to the meeting, and see how accurate I am.

Not I am boasting that I had superpower that I can foresee the future. It's just that I had attend lots of meetings in different industries, and kinda make me understand the thumb of rule of the content of the agenda (when I receive one). Without fail, it was around 80% accuracy(which I am right about it), which make me feel damn boring during the meeting.

I think nowadays a lot of bigger budget films are emphasizing on the Muslim terrorist in the middle east countries. Another great movie like "The Kingdom".
Of course this movie has a balance idea of people's faith in Islam in the middle east. There are those extremist who misuse the Quran and twisted it, and for those who does not understand the Quran will be mislead, while others who had follow the proper way of the teachings was not mislead into these wrongful acts.

My company (I am working for) blocking this and that

I am a boring person, I like to bitch about everything and anything.
Recently, my company had blocked Facebook,( because it's one of the highest surfing web in our company's hall of fame)- of course with the monitoring of IT Dept.
It was quite ridiculous that they block such a web site. I know the top management's concern, is to fully utilise company's online function only to increase the overall sales and productivity.
I think this is worse than communism, why? Think about it, the more you ban the more people like to go against it.
For example, porn was not allowed in this country (Malaysia of course) but how many of us did not actually feel excited while trying to get a copy of it (You know what I mean! The feeling of adventurous and adrenaline rush of buying porn material) illegal but still insist on doing it.
Back to the topic, my company is blocking all the third party email, Hotmail, GMail, whatever mail you can surf online, and also now Facebook. What will come next?
If they think by doing so can force people to do their job properly, they are wrong, you can relate to those communist country, how many of them had open up, and those who remain the same had already suffer the downfall.
To the management, you guys should expose yourselves more to the younger and vibrant lifestyle of the newer generation. Or else one day you will be put in the museum for viewing purpose only.

Malaysian Police aka Polis

I was a bit upset when it comes to our police force.

Sometimes you might say that they are doing their job(especially during peak hours to attend the traffic). But is it true that they are just working to earn a living or do they actually take it as their responsibility?

Looking at the above pictures, do you really think that policemen are free from guilt?

I doubt it. I think they are abusing their power, not only they are getting paid they also lived on some "side" income.

Frankly speaking, it's been publicly known "how good" the image of our local policemen are. People knows and had been talking about it (of course the bad things that they do). It's just that no one dare to step up and accuse them.

Sometimes, I also blame the Malaysians( I am one of them, pai seh-to be ashamed of), we are not unite enough to pin point these issues. And somehow the media and also the government try to cover it up as well.

Before anyone who join the police force, they should have at least completed certain minimum education requirement and also have their ability and morality tested. I think the minimum requirement to join the police force is SPM. But frankly, is it sufficient?

Chinese parents always say this to their children "if you don't want to study, you can be a policeman when you grew up" (This is what we heard when we are growing up) you can imagine how well the image of local policemen were being portray by the people.

Stolen bike dump behind my house alley

Stolen and abandon bike

Well, well, well, What happen here. This morning, my house cleaner came to cut the grass, and he told my wife that there was an abandon motorbike left behind the alley of my backyard.
So, when I came back from work, me and my wife went for a stroll.(Pregnant woman needs to walk at least 20 minutes a day , it's to prepare and to ease them during labour).
Anyway, I took a few photos, and just for your info, if you don't live there, there is no way anyone will be able to notice such things.
Then two Malay teenager came riding on Motorbikes without any helmets(I think they just finish their prayer -since it's Friday and was riding without a helmet) Their age was around 15-16 years old. They came up to me and asks who's bike is that? I was thinking inside myself, how the hell you know exactly there is a bike here?
I just told them that I don't know who's bike is that. They just ride off giving me a dirty look.
On a second thought, I should had asked them why are they here and knowing that there is an abandon motorbike. I think they are up to something. I should had took down their motorbike number plates.

Some so called fucking graffiti

Just to share with you, these are the government garage behind my house, used to be clean and nice. After our government (during BN's ruling) they had started to build a few low cost flat for their own kind, and since then, the bloody fucking Malay wanna be black kids had done this (so called graffiti) and it sucks.

How can our road transportation department even allow these irresponsible people to drive such a massive vehicle and endanger others on the road. Why? One sucker just cut into my lane without signaling and if I am not a careful driver, he would had ran into my car, causing massive damage. And I would had to bear the cost.

Not only lorry driver, it also includes, bus, mother truckers, containers, forklift, tractors drivers and etc.

The fucking road transportation department is more interested in money making instead of keeping some of these heavy vehicle off the road. If they are using their common senses, some of those vehicles should not even been issued a road tax and drive on the streets. It was being practice all over other countries. So, does it make any senses that our country is a developing country where majority are still thinking like a "kampung"aka village people, or should we called ourselves a 3rd world country or developing country?Well, we never finished/complete our development since 1990 after all.

I know, I know, it's been quite sometime about the sex scandal surrounded by this film star aka son of a bitch.

Entertainment industry in Hong Kong is always full of scandals and most of all, it's all about packaging. All the stars look innocent, energetic and marketed as good role models. But behind the scenes, this is actually what they are-Ermmm, animal??

I am not saying all of them, but majority are involved in drugs, sex and all immoral activities.

If my memory didn't served me wrong, he is from a wealthy family and being spoilt by his useless parents. People like him went for entertainment business not because he is talented but he has no other talents or contrubutions in this world. So, the only way is asking his rich dad to put in some money, pull a few strings and let him into the entertainment industry. Do you think he can act or sing?Seriously?

His intentions are already bad when he took those photos in the first place. Do not blame on the person who distribute the photos(actually I think the person is a victim), but this bugger is the one who causes these to happen and causes his downfall. I don't even think that he regretted it.

Do you think he repented? I don't think so! I think he remains the same, enjoying the attention from the public by making statements that he is a "changed" man.

All the things that he had said and declared are clearly being scripted(do you think that he can even coem out with such a good statement?)I do not think that he has changed at all. He is just another faker who is going to burn in hell in afterlife.

Anyway, I don't think that he will remain silence forever, one day he wil come out as a "changed" man and the public will accept him again, and of course they will market him as a victim of the scandal and telling the whole world that he is a better and mature person and all what he did was wrong.

Anyway, this is what the entertainment world is. They vanished and they come back and stories are told.

Hmmm, I never thought of I could actually praise someone or something which had done a good job.

Well, this time round, It's Streamyx aka Telekom Malaysia.

So far, whenever I rang them up, the operator is polite and friendly ( I heard a lot of bad things about them). But this time, I need to stand up and defend their services.

Not saying that I got a lot for problem with the services, but maybe a average of 2 times a year(either telephony or Internet connection). Only one thing that they can look into is the caller waiting time spent (for operator to answer) and also put a hotline number in their monthly invoice (do you notice that there isn't a hot line number in their invoices anymore) instead of 100 (for calling using house phones). What if the land line also got fucked up?

Other than that, no much to say.

The operator told me 24 hours of respond time (I rang at 7:00pm when I came back from work). The next morning around 9:30am (Sat), the contractor came and solved the issues instantly.
