Company policy?Fuck it!

I am in a position who handles all sort of shit daily. But of course I am getting a shitty pay.

I do find some funny so called "company policy" which basically is made up by a bunch of fucking idiots, thinking that they know the world.

I had dealt with my staffs resignation a couple of times, and I had also heard that the so called "company policy" does not apply under these circumstances. How come? Does it mean that the "company policy" is just a fucking way to lie to their own staffs?

The case is something like this:
" staff A wanted to resign, because he mentioned that he had been offered a higher salary, and his performance is always good. So he decided to leave.
Then the "shit" comes in. All of the sudden, the "company policy" is not applicable, either the company will offer a higher pay or a matching pay. " The question is "why can' t the company do that in the first place to appreciate their own staff and only until critical situation."

For people like us, we only do and accept what we are being asked to.Without any "incident" we are asked to maintain a very low percentage of increment for our staff, off course, we, our self had a limit of increment which is not necessary to mention here , or it will be a joke of your life.

This is actually an ugly truth about locals running the company's which they are actually abusing their staffs. And we are not even protected by the government or any other "powerful" body.

For me it shows me that these local employers are slapping their own face by giving some false and misleading direction,which make them looks like a complete idiot.

As usual I will curse them the F*ck word, but what the hell, today I just don't have the mood.
