Is it good or bad?
80% bad and 20% good
why?
For the bad part:
most of us are surrounded by unnecessary pressure, which makes us depressed.
To a certain extend, our mind is consumed by this bad "energy" which left us nothing in exhaustion. Bad things happened when one is over pressured.
For the good part:
A little bit of pressure will push us harder. But apparently this does not happen most of the time.
Can we actually distinguished the two? I guess most of the time, we will only have the bad part.
