This idea came to me suddenly.
I was not even prepare for it. But I noticed it a lot in a lot of working environment.
A lot of "Senior management" like to emphasize in long working hours. It's like dedication to the company and passion for their work.
But can they answer me a few of these question?
1) Working long hours everyday, does it make you more productive or actually proof that you are ineffective? (since most of of the working environment should match the working hours of our customers)
2) Most customers environment does not work for long hours ( if they do, they had shifts). So why don't we have shifts? And by the way, management mostly don't work for long hours, it's only meant for the front line- like servicing.
3)Why most of the senior staff like to make comment on other people going back right after working hour? (since in the agreement it is stated that we are working from this time to that time) and you should ask yourselves, why work more than that? A lot of us is underpaid? Okay? (Because you are the ones who slash our salary- So "what you pay is what you get"- not to be materialistic, but this is a real life scenario)You cannot expect us to sacrifice our whole life for the company. We still have our own personal life which means a lot to some of us.
4) According to psychologist, these types people are classified as workaholics, but behind it there is always a story, a story which relates to unhappiness and unsatisfied in their personal life which they are trying to run away. Face the truth man! You guys are actually cowards. Am I right?
Anyway, there are more t hings t emphasize, but I am tired with it. So, whoever reads this. Proof me wrong ya!
