Well, this time round, It's Streamyx aka Telekom Malaysia.
So far, whenever I rang them up, the operator is polite and friendly ( I heard a lot of bad things about them). But this time, I need to stand up and defend their services.
Not saying that I got a lot for problem with the services, but maybe a average of 2 times a year(either telephony or Internet connection). Only one thing that they can look into is the caller waiting time spent (for operator to answer) and also put a hotline number in their monthly invoice (do you notice that there isn't a hot line number in their invoices anymore) instead of 100 (for calling using house phones). What if the land line also got fucked up?
Other than that, no much to say.
The operator told me 24 hours of respond time (I rang at 7:00pm when I came back from work). The next morning around 9:30am (Sat), the contractor came and solved the issues instantly.
