I have been attending meetings, loads and loads of time.
Seeing and hearing our MD's direction by saying certain things that should be changed and simplified.
The direction is to make things easier for the entire company's operation. He even screw those senior management about their old school way of doing things which will burden and slow down the operation.
But, after all these meetings, nothing had changed. The senior management still practicing the same things, and some of us, (unlucky ones) who had to carry all of the tasks (so to fulfill each dept needs) suffers in the process of preparing all the bloody paper works and reports just to satisfy their needs(Sounds like a prostitute?) even worst I guess, we don't get sufficient pay.
They are telling people like us to work like a fucking cow, and telling us to comply this and that, but to think about that, when their big boss asking them to comply to what he wants, they are also hiding and doing those same old procedures behind his back. Only when it comes to meeting, they will filter and only presents the things they think that will satisfy our big boss.
So, who is the one starting all these insubordination?Off course not me, it's the senior level.
Why blame us on ineffective and unproductive when it comes to results, because you guys are the ones who confuses us in the processes.
So, fuck you and maybe one day you will get the bullocks from someone else. At least , (fingers cross) not from me. I have no time for old timers.
