I woke up this morning, just have this idea. Maybe some company had already start to develop this. Anyway, I haven't read any reports regarding this type of invention.

Why?Can it be real?
Thinking logically it's possible.
Nowadays, people always thinks of portability of devices. And of course do not forget, people are getting lazier as well.
I came across a lot of people nowadays using cameras to snap photos instead of scanning it (including me).Because it's fast, the quality is good and just plug and I can retrieve the file easily.
The difference is that the camera can incorporate some programs such OCR (Optical Character Recognition) like most of the scanners. It will then convert convert different types of documents, such as scanned paper documents, PDF files or images captured by a digital camera into editable and searchable data.
The other type of things this little CamScan can do is to enable transmitting function such as Wifi, Infrared or even a fax function. (maybe it's like a mobile phone).
The idea basically is to make the entire idea of copying and carrying the documents become portable and easy to use.
