Agitated

Lately I am getting agitated easily. I don't know why?
Always try to look for trouble, with my wife and also my parents.
I do not accept or even want to hear anything they said or suggest.
well, I think I am not feeling too well lately. Might need to change a doctor for my increasing aggression, or else one day if all hell break loose. I can't imagine what will happened.
I just have a fight with my wife and she is crying, but I am still trying to upset her even more.
GOD have mercy on me, I have sin a lot. And don't know what to do! I need help!

My Medication

Well, apparently, I had been consulting a psychiatrist for my anger and violent act.
I had been seeing this doctor for around 4- 5 months. According to this diagnosis, I had anxiety and depression. (I don;t know how true is that!) But! I do get really pissed off sometimes, when I will just get out of control. Mostly is work related after effects.
Sometimes I feel the medicine works, sometimes, it just doesn't. Since he told me that the dosage he gave is at a very minimum level. Anyway every consultation will cost me around RM200. So do your maths, I had been spending like RM1000+ . More to come...!!SIGH!!And the company is not going to pay...KNN!!

But, maybe, I am just saying maybe, if it happens that my boss who come across this blog(I doubt they even know what's a fucking blog). You know what your employee is having now. Sometimes, it's not giving you excuses to participate in any training, it's just trying to avoid some unforeseen circumstances. So don't fucking pushed it!!
Anyway, my condition kinda becoming worst when I join this company(which I am currently work with). Oh ya! I started to consult the doctor only after I join this company.
So,Anyone who is a lawyer or knows law very well can advise me whether that I can sue this company for jeopardizing my health??

Yes Man

It's a good comedy,and a good laugh!
No overdoing his facial and exaggerating expressions.
I like this film, because it's purely FUNNY!
There is a lesson behind this story. Think about it!! We say too many "Nos" to a lot of things.
Watch it you will know what I mean.
I will give it a 7.5-8/10

Punisher 2-Warzone

Anyone who like violent movies (like me), should go and watch it.
It's entertaining, and live up to what the Punisher is supposed to be.
The Punisher sequel is far more better than the 1st one.
Why? Because the storyline is interesting,off course there is a few shortcuts in the film which might be putting off, like the character "Jigsaw" and his brother. There are some details which the director make it too brief.
But, overall, if you need a pure entertainment, watch it. But I think there will be a lot of scenes being censored in Malaysia cinemas. So, I am not encouraging pirated movies, Okay? I am just saying that if you want to enjoy a good quality and full length of the entire movie you should get it somewhere else.
I will give it an 7.5-8/10.

Shifting back to my house

My Wife's shop is not doing well. It was quite quiet most of the time.

So, I had been asked (by my dad, which I don't really like to take advise from) to closed it down after 3 months of operation.

  Of course I will rather risk it and struggle  bit with the little income that I had and try to build up the customer base. But Looking at another few months, my wife will be going to deliver our first child. So, I have no other choice but to shut it down (feeling damn sorry to the landlord and also the realty agent). What to do? Money not enough ma!

  We have start packing and moving the things back to my house, and I guess, from now on, the tattoo will be done in the house again.

  I will make an announcement once we are officially shifted by the mid of March 2009.

New toll rates again for Malaysia highway?

WEI! !!!What the fuck? Aren't all the highway had already earned enough for the bloody god damn how many years of toll fees they implemented. Still NOT ENOUGH? HOW COME?

I thought the theory behind every toll and bridges is that once they had balanced off the expenses for building the highway/bridge, they should abolished the toll system.

Then they can just add a certain percentage into our road tax each year just for their maintenance and works they are going to do.

Why every time we are the one suffering from this fucking unnecessary expenses?
Where is our right?We earn money, the fucking government spent it like no body's business.
I think next time they should ask the people's opinion and ask for a vote, so that no money is wasted on unnecessary stuffs. Like the fucking SPACE PROGRAM. How to say?

There is a lot of things in my mind, sometimes I feel exhausted, sometimes tired, sometimes very agitated, sometimes pissed off.... is this a sign of modern working man. I don't know!

I might need something like this later(!!SIGH!!)

Cos sometimes I just physically needs to release the anger. Maybe I am an angry person.

I went to the psychologist, but I think the help is not obvious. I think I should stop going to see that doctor anymore.

Perhaps I am just born with anger considering genetically, passing down from my moms side, and from all the things keep on piling in myself for a couple of years. Then comes the breaking point.

So for those who worked with me, please try not to stressed me too much, or I also don't know what will happen.

I do hope my new born will not have any of my bad habits.

I never come across any country who speaks Bahasa Malaysia (to be precise) only if you called Indonesia speaks Malay (but its very diff compare to our Bahasa Malaysia).

So, out of all the entire world only 3 countries speaks almost the same language, Malaysia, Indonesia and Brunei.

Hellooo!?? Shouldn't you feel embarass to say that as a teacher you can't even speak a language which is widely used internationally? What if one day Chinese becomes an international language, do you need to protest again?

Money not enough!!A Financial Karma

Living and staying in Malaysia, really is quite expensive.
Imagine only getting paid an average salary, with lots of debts, installments, family and personal expenses to support. Well, off course money not enough! Everyone will tell you they have the same problem.
The real issue is,
1) Our salary is till the same old days , I mean really old days as in 35 years ago. My Dad told me that his first job as a degree holder earns RM1500. Well comparatively 35 years ago, one cup of coffee is only like RM0.05 -RM0.10 while a plate of noodle is RM0.10-0.20 only (correct me if I am wrong lar). Now a new Uni Grad also is getting RM1500- Imagine the inflation rate. Why can't the government help to regulate the price according to basic needs and wants? So, who is suffering? We are.

2) EPF (Employee Provident Fund)- According to the statistics, because of inflation of around 5%/ year, the total amount that we had contribute into our EPF will not be sufficient for us when we are eligible to withdraw(at the age of 50 onwards). So after retirement all the hard working low paying income which had been contributed into the EPF, will only be able to sustain for 10 years only. So The rest of the years if you are still alive, you better think of what you are going to do. This was being told by one of the banking consultant by analysing the inflation rate and the return we get from our EPF.

3) Government still a mess. Still haven't finish sorted out their own mess and still have a lot of turmoil until today. Economic downturn, they also don't care. They only care about their seats and keep on accusing each other about scandals and shit likat that. People like us, earning on commision got affected, because majority of foreign investor had hold back their budget. And all the local suppliers were directly affected. So my money not enough.

So go back to square one. My theory and evaluation:

Previously
Income= daily expenses/debts/installments/household expenditure -> already not enough but manage to settle

Now
Income-=daily expenses/debts/installments/household expenditure->Not enough so swipe credit cards to tahan abit
Then become
(Credit Cards)Debts +Income= Daily expenses/installments/household expenditure/debts(again!!)

F.E.A.R

I was wrong about the previous post about the 1st FEAR game was not as good. I think it was good, the visuals are not as good as the 2nd one (off course, you'll say the 2 games are years apart).

As the game goes further, it becomes more interesting and intense.

From all the years playing games, I kinda notice that subconsciously, our expectation for game play, graphics, and intensity increase without us knowing it.

I will give this game a 8/10.

Maxx Kickboxing Trainer it is!

Finally, bought the MAxx Kickboxing Trainer.
But no stock , have to wait for another 2 weeks.

Can't wait to do some punching.

No show for appoinment

As usual, the client who wants to do touchup for the tattoo rang up at 11.30 am (the appoinment is at 11am) and said that he couldn't make it, cos every Sat he has to work till 2pm.
So, I was wondering why the hell when we asked him to come in the moring, he said ok.Anyway, the appoinment had been postponed to next Sat 2pm.
Keeping my fingers cross.
Anyhow, I am going to shift the tattoo thing back to my home, and end the business this month.
At least I can save on the rental.

Punching bag or punching Man?

I need to release my rage and tension. since the days of going to gym (work lor)had been reduce a lot, so I think I am a bit unfit now and my anger grows.(hmm, how come sounded like the young Anakin Skywalker)
I have in mind, I wanted to buy some punching bags. Or someone will get punch real soon.
When I visited some fitness equipment shop, I came across two of them.

1) Maxx Kickboxing Trainer

The price is RM 9xx. But it's a bit soft for punching and kicking since its stuffed with some sort of Styrofoam.

2) Punching man so called Fitman

The price is the same as the above ones. But its harder and better for punching. But you cannot do a lot of kicking since its a bit high up.Because I got short legs, might not be able to reach such a high area. No lar, I am just too old to do splits, or else something else will split.

Hmmm....Now I am thinking which one to buy. I can get fit with these punching stuff cos it's the quickest way to get toned and also loose weight (if you do it right lar).

I want more tattoos

Well, as a manager for a MNC company, it's not common to have tattoos.
I am not one of them, I love tattoos. And planning to have more.
I don't know why, I just think that this form of art is addictive and it will be on going.
I am planning for a new one on my forearm. I want o cover my forearm with a sleeve.
So who cares others gimme any comment, not to be arrogant. Are you as successful as me?And tattoos has nothing to do with anything related to work and personal qualities. It's a matter of how you look at it.
If you think that ppl with tattoos are bad, define it. If you can't explain, you are a prejudice person.

Sales this month-Feb 2009 (BAD!!)

What the hell!
My company's sales for this month sucks. It's already 20th today, one more week till end of the month still got no sufficient sales coming in.
Sometimes I doubt my management skills, sometimes I doubt the sales people doesn't really care about commisssion, sometimes I think everone is taking things for granted, sometimes I think the company direction is unclear, sometimes I think everything just sucks.
Anyway, my appraisal will be done later at 2pm through phone, I am not even thinking of a pay rise, as the entire financial year is not doing well enough.
So what to do, just pray lar. I hope evrything will be alright.
Feeling tired and exhausted and want to give up liao lar.....

F.E.A.R 2 Project Origin

I like this game. I have played FEAR the first one, but alot of people said that the 1st ones is better.

But personally the 2nd is better. Perhaps the gameplay, the intensity and visuals are better. But the 1st one came out a few years back, so really cannot compare side by side.

Those who enjoy good 1st person shooting will enjoy it.

I will give it a 9/10.

Appoinment for touch up

Well, I did a tribal cross the other day, so there is a appoinment for touch up this Saturday(21 Feb 2009).
So we will be open for a shortwhile from 11am onwards.
Still, no enquiry this month.
I think we are for sure shutting down.

Street Fighter 4

I have this game on my Xbox360, one thing which I don't like is using the xbox360 controller. I always play with joystick if I play vs games. But because I do not have the budget to buy one (which is darn expensive), I was forced to play using the original controller.

The button control is a bit hard and it feels a bit out of control. Anyway, the game play is not bad, there are some new commands and moves which is yet to find out.

I like the game, one of the best Street Fighter games after 3rd strike.

I will give it a 8.5/10.

Ninja Blade

Personally I like this game, it's more like tetsing your reflexes and the graphics are nice.

Not a bad game for an Xbox360 from the developer SOFTWARE. Because some of their games are really disaapointing. It's abit like devil may cry plus Resident Evil 4 concept.

I finished the game within 3-4 days, sometimes, the gameplayt might be boring, since it's kind of reppeating the same element and environment over and over again. But those who likes to have a good visual and cinematic experience will aprreciate this.

My personal rating for this game is 7.5-8/10

Where is the money??

As a working professional nowadays. I always admire people had enough money to spend and also to spare every month.
Either they are smart working or hard working people, they are those who can live comfortably without worrying too much.
As for me, I am struggling with money every month. Always thinking of ways to make more money for the company I am working for and also finding ways to make my own money.
The most frustrating part is, whenever I try to find ways to make money, there is no encouragement but mostly discouragement and criticism from family. Secondly, people in Penang is DAMN STINGY. That's why our commercial industry can never work. There are so many shopping malls but one by one, they had shut down or either left without any maintenance.
So, from what I had see, either you are in some illegal business (like underground bookie) or in the gambling business. I am not encouraging people to go into these businesses, but like what I said these are the businesses which is not affected by anything, not even economic downturn or even Maybe end of the world!
And also, people like us who worked our fucking ASS out, earn such a little amount, compare to people who are earning hell lot of money from sports and entertainment. Is this fair?
There is no law to protect us form earning a minimum wage and set a standard to protect us from being shortchange by employer in Malaysia. Why can't we practice exactly like the European country where leisure and working is the same? Where is our right?
Malaysians are too quiet and do not like to voice out, cos afraid of the government (which they are more concentrate in their own self benefit). Why should we be scared of the government? We vote for them, and they should do at least something for us.
We are in so called a developing stage, but how long are we going to be in developing stage?Country like Taiwan, China and Thailand had surpass us economically and our country actually started the development process much more earlier.
I think a lot of government or our politicians will have lots and lots of excuses, but the only thing which comes down to is how they actually plan and manage. This is a very fundamental way of being successful and to bring success.
But how good is our leader?? And how well our future will be. No future No Money!

3 months down the road, there is no business as what I expected.
I am thinking of closing the shop. The economy is bad, people is stingy, I am broke.

Old People...Haaaiii....Old People

Why old people not only like to nag but also like to interfere with everything we are doing?
I also don't know. Seems like they nag and nag and nag and they butt into people's business with their so called "full of experience" shit.
I am saying that they are wrong, but for the love of GOD, some of us so called youngsters are also adults and do have a bloody brain to think as well. All the decisions made and mistakes done, of course we know the consequences, but we do not like to be told off.
We are also trying to find a way to sort things out.
Other things which these old people like to do is they will ask you to do something but never tell you the whole story, later on when you did the job, they will ask why you didn't do this and why you didn't do that. Well, the answer is " I also don;t know what exactly what you want and what your little old retarded brain is thinking". Perhaps they still live in their wonder years whereby things are still slow and they even cook their noodles in half an hours time. Don't they know that world and time has changed and everyone wants it instance, even noodles are cooked in 2 minutes nowadays. So,
OLD/ELDER doesn't mean EXPERIENCE!!

Peaceful? I doubt

Do you think we are living in a peaceful nation?
Not really, at least this is what I think.
Why?

We have 3 races in this country. Sorry lar..for the minority.

1) Malay- Culture wise, don't have, lazy and tak apa- apa attitude. Nowadays alot of problem came from their youth issue, just like my area all the youngsters in their 20s lepak lepak in front of my house, and I suspect they are the ones who actually broke in my house the other day.Why the heck the fucking government build some low cost flats at our area which believe to have brought in these rubbish into our housing area. Our area use to be very peaceful and seldom have any broke ins. But nowadays seems like they are making us a victim and we have to be always on cautious living in our house. So, if I personally catch the fucking person myself, I will slay that bastard. We will see!

2) Chinese- Hmmm, sly and very arrogant nowadays for Penang Chinese. Doing business is never easy, some sort like Singaporean nowadays. I think Chinese (younger generation) most of them behave like a cross breed of Malay and Chinese (attitude wise). Very demanding, don;t like to listen, selfish and like to rip ppl off every single thing. Very uncooperative, and inconsiderate bunch of uncivilised monkeys. Sorry to say that I am a Chinese, am I talking to myself??
Perhaps we should one day declare Penang as a country. Good or bad idea?

3) Indians- Deceiving and sly. Always cheat and lie about how good they are. They smell , majority, not all. And they drink like no body's business. Why I say that, personal experience just a few days back. My wife is at the shop alone, then came this fucker- the management guard, and saying the tenant below us is complaining that the water is leaking from our toilet.
He came in with 2 other contractor without any uniform, he pointed out that the water is leaking from an unused piping(air cond) fr0m previous tenant and claiming that the thing that causes the leakage. After all the fucking guessing, end of the day he wanted the 2 guys to fix the job which will only need "abit"of expenses. My wife said no, wait for me to come and settle it.
So here I came, I am already pissed at that time, he came in, he told me about the piping problem, then I show him, there is no water coming out from the pipe, then he said it's the sink which is leaking, then I told him, there is no leakage also( Practically I show him by turning the water tap on). Then he start banging about the main pipe which is supplying the water to the entire toilet.
After all the false accusation, I cannot tahan liao, I said , show me where is the leakage, he show me the back of the main piping, which I can't even see a single fucking thing. And he claimed that there is a crack in the mosaic which caused the leakage. Then I told him, look, we have not done anything to the toilet, and this should be under the management or landlords concern to get it fix. Once again, he said, no, we can fix it for you, it's just a small matter. Of course, he wants us to get paid.
So I rang up the landlord, and he said he will rang up the management office to settle it. Just a thought of it, this is a construction quality issue , if the mosaic crack and it's the toilet from the original floor plan.
Then finally I asked the fucking Indian guard, does the management know about this complain from the tenant below. He answered "No". So guess what, I just tell him to fuck off! Try to con me and my wife.

I am not saying anyone is good or bad, it's just that all of us know that, and still keep practising it. So, how are we suppose to live in peace? Racial issue is everywhere and will never end.

So please lar, Mr Government, just help the nation in the most needed area, at the moment is the economy. If economy is good, lesser racial issue and discrimination lor. Who cares so much if we have enough money.

Sick and Disgusted!!

Damn this fucking working life.Really pisses me off, fall sick withink 2 weeks again.WTF?
This is not working, this is more like slavery, with all the bloody unecessary training and unorganize meetings, making me so tired and exhausted, physically and mentally.
I am a gym goer, because of joining this company, I had been wasting my money and the time spend in gym had been reduce up to 90%. And I am falling sick as I know my physical condition. Meaning, not enough exercise= falling sick easily.

Not only that, there is no family life, and the management doesn't like people to go back early after the official working hour. Well, for you guys who has this type of concept, either you are a JAP or you are a wannabe. Since when quantity=quality? I will call this unproductive, ineffective, and unefficient.If you guys wanted to end up dead earlier,it's your life, I don't really even want to know about it.

And this motherfucking management are saying that we need to be a "quick change artist"- using the fucking Employee Handbook Title "New Work Habits For A Radically Changing World" by Author Price Pritchett. Well, nothing with the book, but it's just the old fucking generation management more like abusing the theory, which for them Unorganize= Quick Chnage.
I am not done yet, there are also a lot of fucking fake people which are wwearing masks and make people thinks that they are so happy and working in a harmony environment. For the love of God, I do know what is called funny and please do not try to laugh or being funny, as I know that it's not that fun and harmony working in this company.

So, for all the people who is being fake, and always acting as if they are helping a lot, I condmen you guys to burn in hell and fuck you guys and you can go fuck yourslef ya!
If I have a chnace to do this I will make sure you guys will get a beat up from me and I will make sure of that!!

Malaysia nowadays

What can I say, one word..worst.
We must be one of the richest country to keep on emphazise on politics.
I know the ISA and whatsoever.
Isn't this is the time to sit down and help our country to think of a way to overcome the economic downturn?
Why is there never been a peaceful day since some party looses their sits in certain states.
I think politics are bad, and corrupted. It never help anyone but politician itself.

They wasted a lot of our headlines in the newspaper and keep on banging about little things, they are like kids who hasn't overcome their puberty.

What to do, our nation is one of the country which had fallen behind alot of countries sinc ethe start they start to say about development.

Well, show me where is the development until today and where do we stand among other countries. A lot of people from other counries still don't even know a country called Malaysia.

The 6th Day of CNY

Well, I was taking some days off work and come to the shop.

Seems pretty quiet assuming that people have already resuming work.

The area my tattoo shop is at where the industrial area in Penang.

I was so bored that I took a photo of the traffic right outside the shop.


Is this a bad time to open this shop considering the worse economic cirisi is yet to come?
