Waiting for viewing appoinment

It's been 3 days I am waiting for this landlord to ring me to view the shop lot.
It's irritating for waiting.
Or maybe some people are just too lay back, even there is someone willing to put money in their pocket.
What had people become nowadays.
Perhaps is the economy or maybe is our own Malaysia "Unique" style in doing business, especially in Penang.
Hope for the best the shop will be able to view by today.
Fingers cross....

Looking around

Well, we had been tattoing from our house for some time, but we do not have a lot of customers.
Mainly because I wouldn't want anyone just comes in and out of our house.
As you know what I mean, this is a matter of privacy.
That's why, I had made up my mind to start a tattoo business of my own.
But of course, looking at Penang island, there is not many good location for a tattoo shop.
I had been to many places to look for a good location for my tattoo shop.
I can divide the area into 3 areas which I think a tattoo business can work.

1. City Centre-Komtar area
2. Pulau Tikus - Batu Ferringhi area
3. Bayan Lepas area

These 3 locations will be ideallly for a tattoo business.Why? Because 2 of these locations had their own crowd.

Of course, for me, I am looking at the Bayan Lepas area at the moment. Basically the 2 other area had already had a few tattoo shops there. So, there is only one place which has not been covered yet. Which I am now aiming at.

Hopefully, after viewing the shop lots over there, I will be able to make my next move for my business.
